The Infographic Projects
This project for EME 6236 required researching an online degree or certificate program and discussing its history, requirements, strengths, and challenges. This related to our semester-long project of creating a proposal for a new online program. As I proposed a Teaching College English graduate certificate, I researched its closest equivalent in Florida, UCF's Professional Writing Graduate Certificate. I changed a premade infographic template substantially: colors, icons, and text were all altered. I like the results, as the infographic is easy to read and full of information.
The next term, I created another infographic for EME 6458. The assignment required me to research an eLearning trend, read several peer-reviewed articles on the topic, and summarize the salient points on the infographic. I chose microlearning for the trend, and the results are positive overall.
