My Spring 2022 courses, EME 6458 and EME 6609, both required me to build a sample module for a potential course. I decided to create two modules for the same course, ENG 1001, College Research Skills. This is a proposed course which would familiarize students with information literacy skills that would help them succeed in college and their professional lives. The EME 6458 module goes over active reading skills. The EME 6609 module teaches APA format. Though addressing very different subjects, both modules are styled and organized in similar ways to give the course a consistent look. I used all of my current knowledge of course design and tools to create these modules, and I think they are successful. To see the course itself, click the first link below.
